Maybe it was too late. The Eevee was hardly breathing, and it was no longer moving, except for the small, sporadic spasms that were a constant reminder to Mewtwo that time was running out. As the cat once again gazed on the small dog-like creature, he felt a familiar feeling sweep over his mind: acceptance.
You know what? Mewtwo thought, with a grim look at the small insignificant creature before him I don’t need to help, save, or protect you anymore. It is simply too late. You are going to die.
Instead of dying, the Eevee turned his head and began to talk to the observant cat, who seemed very wary of the current situation

Mewtwo’s rage was unsurpassed now. Not only was he different, but other weaker Pokémon were being used for the same purpose he was. Apparently this was a kill or be killed world, because only the strongest Pokémon had survived here. The Eevee was proof of that. He looked different. That was the only reason the clone even tolerated or noticed him.

The psychic feline naively looked around his surroundings, his young brain processing his seemingly endless tide of emotions. He was impressed, scared, intimidated, disgusted, shocked, and angered all at once. He could not believe what he saw: a room. No, a lab to be more exact. That sparked his anger.

I will conveniently be away at my friend's house for a sleepover from Saturday into Sunday. Ironically, I just updated my story They Never Learn, and you people might not like what I did. Please don't read the preview, because I write short chapters.
Regardless of what you think, I feel like this is an amazing plot twist!
